Wouldn't we all like to start over but since we can't, we have children or teach children to give them the knowledge about life that we missed out on because we didn't listen to our parents or the adults in our lives. We all learn no matter what age and to make a difference in a child's life is wonderful.

I agree with your quote Barbara, we have the responsibility as educator to provide the children with as much tools as possible for them to become responsible and caring adults. It is important that as adults we learn from our experiences and guide these children to different paths that will provide them with better obtions than those we had available.
